Multi-generational workplace is a significant asset, but might be also a challenge to manage. The primary goal of the programme was to enhance leadership competencies for managing, directing, and engaging high-performing teams drawn from different generations. VIVACOM’s workforce is enriched by four generations – Baby Boomers (BB), Generation X, Generation Y (Millennials), and Generation Z. The key objectives were to:
- Strengthen skills to overcome communication barriers arising from generational differences.
- Improve the recognition of the unique characteristics of each generation.
- Develop leadership approaches that enhance understanding and trust among team members.
- Affirm the leader’s role as the driving force behind synergy in multi-generational teams.
Target audience:The programme was aimed at an extensive group of several levels middle managers and leaders at VIVACOM – those currently managing multi-generational teams as well as those expected to integrate members from the newest generation entering the labour market.
