Coca-Cola Hellenic is in the process of refreshing and re-enforcing the company values, inntegrated in their "CUlture Manifesto". The series of workshops, designed and delivered by The Business Institute, aimed to foster the integration of company values into the daily work of participants. The approach was "WIIFM - what's in it for me", navigating the perspective towards the professional growth of each employee through their own lens. Through the interactive method based on LEGO® Serious Play®, participants reflected on how these values contribute to their individual performance. Based on the insights, they biuilt a set of specific steps to maximise the benefits, combining their own success and that of the organisation.
Key objectives of the wrorkshop series:
- Enhance engagement by deepening the understanding of company values.
- Provide an opportunity to develop behavioural models that reflect these values.
- Encourage the immediate steps to implement the values for success.
- Support the exchange of ideas and best practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Target audience:The workshop series was designed for all employees of Coca‑Cola Hellenic BSO in Bulgaria. Through participation in this interactive, gamified experience, each individual developed their own plan for applying the values to benefit their personal success and that of the organisation.
